Your privacy is important to us.  Kensington Preservation LLC (KP) does not not sell the data, collect or mine it for other uses or offer or provide it to others.  KP does utilize Google Analytics to evaluate how many hits the PFC web site receives, and on which pages.  

The European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) went into effect on May 25, 2018, and the State of California has enacted a new law on data privacy that will be the strictest in the USA when it becomes effective in 2020.  KP has evaluated its data use to comply with GDPR consent requirements regarding email, internet and digital communications and will continue to do so with California.  If you want to continue receiving our newsletters, emails and online communications, you don't need to take any action.  

KP communications are intended to keep you informed of its projects, exhibitions, artists, studio, news, updates, and developments in the conservation field.  

We only use your information to communicate with you directly.  We do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share it with others.   If you would like to change how you receive our emails, or unsubscribe from this list or update your mailing address, please do so by contacting us at info@kensingtonpreservation.com
